Our hotel restaurant has seen a recent rennovation
with new furnishings and also a new chef.
Our reputation is based upon the modern interpretation
of traditional dishes, concentrating upon the superb local ingredients.

Starters
Baked local crab
and prawns glazed with mature cheddar, server with dressed
leaves.
Homemade chicken and duck liver pâté infused
with fresh sage and chilli.
Salad of Griddled king scallops and smoked bacon, served with
a Pernod and parsley cream.
Pan-fried calamari in a homemade southern fried coating, served
with dressed leaves and aioli.
Main Courses
Pan fried escalope of turkey served
with a brandy and apricot stuffing, chipolatas and bread sauce.
Griddled sirloin of welsh beef served with sautéed
mushrooms and brandy sauce.
Roast supreme of Glasfryn pheasant, served with a confit of
duck leg, black pudding, lardoons and a port of juniper jus.
Slow roast shank of welsh lamb glazed with honey, mint and
mustard, served with a rosemary and garlic sauce.
